Further to points 1.1 and 1.2 of the Recommendations contained in "Good Practice of Companies Listed on the WSE" with regard to ensuring wide and effective access to information necessary for evaluating the situation of the Issuer, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. announces that on 12 May 2009, pursuant to Article 8 of the Act on the Resolution of Collective Disputes of 23 May 1991, the Management Board of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (the "Company") submitted notification to the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Poznan that a collective dispute had arisen with the following Trade Unions active within the Company:

-MZZ Pracowników Ruchu Ciągłego GK ENEA S.A.

-NSZZ Solidarność Organizacja Międzyzakładowa ENEA

The cause of the collective dispute is the Company's not acceding to demands for an increase in wages.
