In connection with the entry into force of the regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information [...] of 19 February 2009 and with reference to Current Report No. 9/2009 of 30 January 2009, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) announces that the semi-annual report (PSr) for the first six months of the financial year 2009 will be made public on 31 August 2009. The Issuer also announces that it no longer intends to publish a periodic report for the 2nd quarter of 2009. Otherwise, the information indicated in the aforementioned Current Report No. 9/2009 remains unchanged.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
