Content of the report:

Acting pursuant to Article 56 par. 5 of the Act on Public Offerings, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. announces that the net result of the ENEA Capital Group accruing for the four quarters of the 2008 financial year will be PLN 194 million. This result takes account of the consolidation adjustments and reserves identified by the Company as at the day on which this report was prepared.

Detailed financial data of the ENEA Capital Group for the fourth quarter of 2008 will be presented in a periodic report to be published on 2 March 2009, and the final financial result of the ENEA Capital Group for 2008 will, after the financial statements have been audited by an authorised auditor, be published in the annual report on 30 April 2009.
