The Management Board of ENEA S.A. is issuing information to the public on the estimated net result of ENEA Capital Group (the "Group") for 2008. The estimated result of the Group for 2008 is in the range of PLN 250 million.

The Management Board draws the attention of shareholders and investors to the fact that the figures presented herein are estimates and that the results, taking into account results for Q4 of 2008, which will be published in a quarterly report on 2 March 2009, and the Group's final financial result for 2008, which will be published on 30 April 2009 after having been examined by an entity authorised to audit financial statements, may differ significantly from the preliminary estimated result presented herein.
