Content of the report:
Acting pursuant to Clause 100 par. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby presents the deadlines for publishing periodic reports in 2009. At the same time, the Issuer makes known the intention to publish extended consolidated quarterly reports containing short quarterly financial statements as referred to in Clause 87 par. 1 of the Regulation and an extended consolidated semi-annual report containing abridged semi-annual financial statements as referred to in Clause 87 par. 4 of the Regulation.
Consolidated extended quarterly reports containing individual quarterly financial statements:
QR for Quarter IV 2008 – 2 March 2009
QR for Quarter I 2009 – 15 May 2009
QR for Quarter II 2009 - 14 August 2009
QR for Quarter III 2009 - 16 November 2009
Consolidated extended semi-annual report containing abridged individual semi-annual financial statements:
SR for 2009 - 30 September 2009
Annual reports:
R – individual annual report for 2008 – 30 April 2009
CR – consolidated annual report for 2008 – 30 April 2009
The Issuer also announces that, in connection with ongoing work to update the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005, after the new regulations come into force the aforementioned publication deadlines and the number of periodic reports published in 2009 may change.
