Acting pursuant to Clause 34 par. 1 pt. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. announces that on 29 January 2009 it received a communiqué from the Operations Section of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depository for Securities) stating that on 30 January 2009 the following securities of ENEA S.A. would be registered with the National Depository:

- 103,816,150 series C shares, marked with the ISIN code: PLENEA000013

The registration will be carried out on the basis of the resolution of the Management Board of KDPW S.A., No. 599/08 of 24 October 2008, as amended by resolution No. 624/08 of 12 November 2008.

The total number of securities after registration will be 399,803,623.
