Content of the report:
The management board of ENEA S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) hereby informs that on 28 January 2009 under article 160 pt. 1 of the Act on trading in financial instruments, notification was lodged with the Company stating that in 2008 a person having access to inside information subscribed shares of the Issuer, with a value not exceeding EUR five thousand. Pursuant to the notification lodged with the Company, the Issuer’s registered holder of a commercial power of attorney (prokurent), as a result of the Company’s management board performing the allocation and entry of the new issue of series C shares to the account on 17 November 2008, became the owner of 637 rights to series C shares in the Company. The issue value of the above mentioned shares in the Issuer amounted to PLN 15.40 per share.
The person to whom this notification applies did not consent to making public the data contained in Clause 2 para. 1 pt. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning the transfer and making available of information concerning certain financial instruments transactions and the principles governing the drawing up of and maintaining a list of persons having access to defined inside information.
