The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) announces that on 16 January 2009 the Issuer was informed of the President of the URE’s (Energy Regulatory Authority) approval of the tariff for electrical energy distribution services for ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Issuer) for 2009. In accordance with the binding regulations, the new tariffs can enter into force no earlier than 14 days after their publication in the industry sector bulletin of the President of the URE. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the industry sector bulletin of the President of the URE placed on the website of the URE at www.ure.gov.pl
