Acting pursuant to Clause 6 par. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. announces that in the table attached to Current Report No. 31/2008 of 22 December 2008, which summarised the stabilization transactions, it was wrongly stated that the price range under which Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, acting as the Stabilization Manager, carried out a stabilization transaction on 10 December 2008 was PLN 15.40, whereas it should have been PLN 15.

The remaining part of Current Report No. 31/2008 is unchanged.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
