Acting pursuant to Clause 5 par. 1.22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the “Company") announces that on 29 November 2008, the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. adopted a resolution appointing:
1.Mr Sławomir Jankiewicz as member of the Management Board for Economic Matters.
Mr Sławomir Jankiewicz is 39 years old, and has a university education and a doctorate in economics from the Economics Academy in Poznan.

Mr Sławomir Jankiewicz is not engaged in any activities whatsoever which would constitute competition against ENEA S.A., he does not participate in any competing enterprise as a partner in a civil law partnership or any other form of partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a limited company, nor does he participate in any other competing legal person as a member of any of its corporate bodies. Moreover, Mr Sławomir Jankiewicz is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
2.Mr Piotr Koczorowski as member of the Management Board for Corporate Matters.
Mr Piotr Koczorowski is 57 years old, and has a university education,
having graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and also having completed Post-graduate Studies in Accountancy and Finance.
