Content of the report:

Pursuant to Article 34 pt. 1 par. 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 October 2005 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities, the management board of ENEA S.A. hereby reports that on 14 November 2008 it received a Resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, pursuant to which the Management Board of the WSE has decided:

1) to introduce to stock exchange trading on the basic market on 17 November 2008, according to the standard procedure, 21,420,577 (twenty-one million, four hundred and twenty thousand, five hundred and seventy-seven) rights to ordinary series C bearer shares of ENEA S.A., with a par value of PLN 1 (one zloty) per share, which have been allocated the code “PLENEA000062" by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.;

2) to list the rights to shares of ENEA S.A. in the continuous quotation system under the abbreviated name “ENEA-PDA" and the code “ENAA".
