Acting pursuant to Clause 34 par. 1.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. announces that on this day, i.e. 13 November 2008, it received a communiqué from the Operations Section of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (KDPW S.A.) stating that on 13 November 2008 the following securities of ENEA S.A. would be registered in the National Depository:
- 21,420,577 rights to series C shares, marked with the ISIN code: PLENEA000021 and PLENEA000039,
- 82,395,573 rights to series C shares, marked with the ISIN code: PLENEA000047.
The registration will be carried out on the basis of the resolution of the Management Board of KDPW S.A., No. 599/08 of 24 October 2008, amended by resolution No. 624/08 of 12 November 2008.
