The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) announces that on 12 November 2008 the following applications were filed with the Warsaw Stock Exchange:

- an application to admit 295,987,473 common bearer shares of series A, identified by code PLENEA000013, to exchange trading on the primary market.

- an application to admit 103,816,150 new common bearer shares of series C, identified by code PLENEA000013, to exchange trading on the primary market

- an application to admit 21,420,577 rights to new common bearer shares of series C, identified by code PLENEA000062, to exchange trading on the primary market

- an application to admit 21,420,577 rights to new common bearer shares of series C, identified by code PLENEA000062, to exchange trading on the primary market

The anticipated entry date of the rights to the series C common bearer shares is 17 November 2008.

The Issuer also announces that in relation to the filing of applications for admitting shares to trading on the regulated market, pursuant to Article 56 par. 1 in connection with Article 26 par. 2 (last sentence) on public offerings and the conditions for introducing shares to the organised trading system and on public companies, commencing 12 November 2008, it will publish current and periodic reports by means of the ESPI system.

The legal basis for communicating this report is Clause 9 par. 1 of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
