Artur Stefański holds a Ph.D. degree in economics and is an experienced academic lecturer, professor at WSB Merito University in Poznań as well as a business coach and business practitioner. He earned his Ph.D. degree in 2006 from the Poznań University of Economics and Business.

At WSB Merito University, he serves as the program manager for Finance and Accounting, where he is responsible for overseeing and developing the curriculum. He specializes in financial analysis and corporate financial management. As a long-time business coach, he conducts training in these areas for the banking sector, businesses and public sector institutions.

He has extensive practical experience in banking (primarily in credit analysis), financial management as a chief financial officer and in independent business consulting. He has also served on the corporate bodies of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board and, temporarily, as Vice-President in charge of the Management Board’s operations.
