Adrian Moliński

Master's degree in economics from the University of Szczecin, majoring in finance and banking. He also completed a postgraduate program in management psychology and earned an MBA from the West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin.

He has over 29 years of professional experience, including more than 22 years in management positions. After graduating, he worked in the government administration at the Ministry of State Treasury, Szczecin Branch. 

Since 2006 he has been involved in the energy sector. He held management positions at companies within the Enea Group: Enea S.A. and IT Serwis. From 2008 to 2021, as the Management Board Member for Financial Matters at Enea Oświetlenie, he was responsible for economic, financial and commercial matters.

From 2022 to 2024, he worked as Deputy Director of the Maintenance Division at ANWIL S.A. in Włocławek.

Since July 2024, he has served as Vice-President for Operational Matters at Enea Operator Sp. z o.o., where he is responsible for procurement, sales of distribution services, and transportation and logistics.

He also served on the supervisory boards of companies in which the State Treasury held a stake, including Elektrownia Kozienice S.A.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
