With reference to Current Report No. 43/2026, the Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 17 September 2026 it was informed that on 7 September 2026 the Regional Court in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division, issued a decision dismissing the motion filed by the Synergia Inter-Company Trade Union of Enea Group Employees for an injunction to secure the claims subject to a lawsuit seeking to declare the invalidity of Resolution No. 1 of the Extraordinary General Meeting regarding consent to the Company's demerger and related changes (or, alternatively, set aside the resolution). The ruling is not final.
