Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint, as of 1 October 2026, for a 3-year joint term of office commenced on the day immediately following the date of holding the Company's Ordinary General Meeting approving the financial statements for 2025:

- Mr. Stanisław Tokarski to the position of Enea S.A. Management Board Member for Commercial Matters.
