The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 18 August 2026 the Company received a statement from the Minister of State Assets that the Minister exercised his powers to appoint and dismiss a member of the Enea S.A. Supervisory Board pursuant to §24(1) of the Company's Statute.

According to the statement, dated 17 August 2026, the Minister of State Assets, in the exercise of the powers conferred on him, appointed, effective as of the same date, Mr. Artur Grzegorz Stefański to the Company's Supervisory Board.
