("Company") hereby reports that on 21 May 2026 it received information from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. acting as a Shareholder about its proposal for Ms. Monika Bartoszewicz to be a candidate for an independent Member of the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board. The agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of Enea S.A. convened for 28 May 2026 includes an item regarding the adoption of resolutions to appoint Members of the Enea S.A. Supervisory Board for the 12 term of office.

Attached hereto is a biographical note of Ms. Monika Bartoszewicz submitted by the said Shareholder.
