With reference to Current Report No. 15/2026, attached hereto, the Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") provides information on candidates for Members of the Company's Supervisory Board of the 12th term of office elected by employees of the Enea Group.

The appointment of Members of the Company's Supervisory Board of the 12th term of office is expected to take place under item 15 of the planned agenda of the Enea S.A. Ordinary General Meeting convened for 28 May 2026.
