Consolidated extended half-year report containing condensed standalone half-year financial statements:

At the same time, the Issuer hereby declares its intention to continue the publication of extended consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed quarterly financial statements, as referred to in § 63 sec. 1 of the Regulation, and an extended consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements, as referred to in § 63 sec. 3 of the Regulation.

Please be advised that, acting in compliance with § 83 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish extended consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2025 or Q2 2026.

Furthermore, please be advised that the consolidated report on payments to public administration referred to in § 62 sec. 4 of the Regulation will be published alongside the consolidated annual report, that is on 13 April 2026.
