With reference to Current Report 39/2025 of 8 December 2025 regarding changes in the composition of the Enea S.A. Supervisory Board made by the Minister of State Assets, the Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby publishes information on the education, qualifications and previous positions held by, along with a description of the professional career and other required information concerning, the new Supervisory Board member, Mr. Michał Cebula.

Mr. Michał Cebula holds a master's degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Szczecin, having majored in human resource management. Moreover, he earned his bachelor's degree in German studies - language assistance, postgraduate studies in sports management, MBA studies at the Poznań School of Commerce and Services and postgraduate studies in coaching at the Warsaw School of Economics.

He served in various roles, including as Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Sports at the County Office in Wałcz and the Marshal's Office of Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship.

Since 2017, he has been involved in the power sector. At Enea Operator, he began his professional career as an advisor to the company's management board, and then, until December 2018, as Director of the Logistics and Procurement Department. From January 2019, he served as a logistics advisor to the management board.

From June 2019 to September 2025, he served as Enea Operator's Vice-President for Human Resources (he held the position as a representative of the company's employees).

According to his representation, Mr. Michał Cebula does not conduct any activity in any form that would compete with Enea S.A., nor does he participate in any competing company as a partner in a civil or commercial law partnership or as a member of a governing body in a company and he does not participate in any competing legal person as member of its governing body. Mr. Michał Cebula is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
