The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 8 December 2025 the Company received statements from the Minister of State Assets that the Minister exercised his powers to appoint and dismiss members of the Enea S.A. Supervisory Board pursuant to §24(1) of the Company's Statute.

According to the statements received, the Minister of State Assets, in the exercise of the powers conferred on him, dismissed Ms. Agata Ewa Michalska-Olek from the Company's Supervisory Board, effective as of the same date, and simultaneously appointed Mr. Michał Remigiusz Cebula to the Company's Supervisory Board, also effective as of the same date.
