Subject: Information on the outcome of the capacity market top-up auction for 2029

The Enea S.A. Management Board hereby reports that on 17 July 2025, in consequence of the capacity market top-up auction for the 2029 deliveries, a total of not less than 2,024 MW of the capacity obligation was contracted for members of the Enea Group ("Enea Group"). The closing price of the auction, which was completed in the first round, is within the range between PLN 492.09 per kW per year and PLN 536.80 per kW per year.

The portfolio of Enea Group's capacity agreements was topped up by adding no less than 2,024 MW, including 1,218 MW for new units under 17-year contracts and 806 MW under 5-year contracts. As a result, the Enea Group will have a capacity obligation for 2029 of no less than 3,530 MW.

These capacity obligations may not be treated as the final outcome of the capacity auction. Preliminary results of the auction will be published within 3 business days of its completion. The final outcome of the capacity auction will be announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the authority's Public Information Bulletin on the business day immediately following the 21st day after the completion of the capacity auction.
