The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that today it became aware of the decision of the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register ("Court") dated 14 July 2025 regarding the Court's registration of amendments to the Company's Statute made in accordance with Resolution Nos. 40, 41, 42 and 43 of the Company's Ordinary General Meeting of 26 June 2025. According to information obtained from the National Court Register, the entry in the register was made on 14 July 2025.

According to information obtained by the Company, the Court's registration pertains to amendments to the following provisions of the Statute: § 5(1); § 20(2)(1) and § 20(5)(5); in addition, a new item (6) was added after § 20(5)(5).

The consolidated text of the Company's Statute, incorporating the above amendments, is attached to this report.
