The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that today it became aware of the decision of the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register ("Court") dated 10 April 2025 regarding the Court's registration of amendments to the Company's Statute made in accordance with Resolution Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of 13 February 2025. According to information obtained from the National Court Register, the entry in the register was made on 10 April 2025.

According to the information obtained by the Company, the Court made entries in the register concerning the following amendments to the Statute: § 11 sec. 2(1); § 11 sec. 2_1_; § 11 sec. 2(13); § 13 sec. 7; § 20 sec. 3(3)(b); § 20 sec. 3(4); § 20 sec. 3(11)(b); § 20 sec. 3(12)(b); § 20 sec. 5(5); § 27 sec. 1; § 28 sec. 2; § 40 sec. 5; § 40 sec. 7 of the Statute, the amended wording of which is contained in the consolidated text of the Company's Statute.
