Body of the report:

The ENEA S.A. Management Board hereby reports that on 12 December 2024, in consequence of the capacity market auction for the 2029 deliveries (primary auction), a total of not less than 634 MW of the capacity obligation was contracted for members of the ENEA Group. The closing price of the auction, which was completed in the 7 round, is within the range between PLN 223.77 per kW per year and PLN 268.48 per kW per year.

The ENEA Group's portfolio of capacity contracts has been supplemented with 634 MW under renewed one-year contracts, having reached a total of not less than 1,549 MW for 2029.

The ENEA Group's planned gas-fired units with a total offered capacity at the main auction of 1,253 MW were withdrawn in earlier rounds as a consequence of failure to achieve the expected price for the capacity obligation.

These capacity obligations may not be treated as the final outcome of the capacity auction. Preliminary results of the auction will be published within 3 business days of its completion. The final outcome of the capacity auction will be announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the authority's Public Information Bulletin on the business day immediately following the 21st day after the completion of the capacity auction.
