Statement by Enea S.A. regarding media reports on LW Bogdanka

Enea S.A. hereby denies the misinformation contained in various press reports claiming that, allegedly, a preliminary agreement specifying the purchase price for an equity stake in LW Bogdanka was signed yesterday. In reality, the price for the said equity stake will be established in the course of negotiations that are currently underway.

As the second largest electricity generator in Poland and a long-standing participant in the capital market, Enea S.A. duly fulfils all disclosure obligations imposed on market participants.
