The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby reports that on 19 January 2023 the Company received a notice from an entity closely related to a person holding a managerial position in the Company regarding a transaction on the Issuer's financial instruments, which is subject to disclosure pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.

Attached hereto please find the wording of the notice received by the Issuer.
