The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 4 January 2021 the Company received a resignation tendered by Ms. Izabela Felczak-Poturnicka from the position of Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board and from her membership in the ENEA S.A. Supervisory Board as of 5 January 2021. Personal motives associated with new professional endeavors were quoted as the reason for the resignation.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English.
