The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 6 February 2020 the Company received the resignation, dated the same date, of Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Stanisław Hebda, from his position as member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. Personal reasons were given as the reason for resignation.
