The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 2 December 2019 the Company received a letter of resignation, dated 27 November 2019, of Mr. Paweł Jabłoński from his position as member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A., as well as from his functions as vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board and chair of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee. No reason was provided for the resignation.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
