The Management Board of ENEA S.A. hereby informs about its decision to change the publication date of the extended consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2019 from 23 May 2019 to 29 May 2019.

Detailed legal basis: § 80 item 2 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
