Acting pursuant to § 80 item 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information [...] ("Regulation"), the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Issuer") hereby announces the publication dates of interim financial reports in 2019.
Extended consolidated quarterly reports including non-consolidated quarterly financial statements:
QCR for Q1 2019 - 23 May 2019
QCR for Q3 2019 - 21 November 2019
Extended consolidated half-yearly report containing a condensed non-consolidated half-yearly financial statement:
SACR for H1 2019 - 30 August 2019
Annual report:
R - non-consolidated annual report for 2018 - 21 March 2019
CR - consolidated annual report for 2018 - 21 March 2019
The Issuer also declares its intention of continuing the publication of extended consolidated quarterly reports including condensed quarterly financial statements mentioned in § 62 item 1 of the Regulation and an extended consolidated semi-annual report including a condensed semi-annual financial statement mentioned in § 62 item 3 of the Regulation.
The Issuer announces that in accordance with § 79 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish extended consolidated quarterly reports (QCR) for Q4 2018 and Q2 2019.
Additionally, the Issuer informs that the consolidated report on payments for the public administration mentioned in §61 item 4 of the Regulation will be published along with the consolidated annual report, i.e. on 21 March 2019.
