The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 31 July 2018 the Company received the resignation, dated the same date, of Mr. Rafał Szymański from his position as Member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. No reason was provided for the resignation.

Detailed legal basis: § 5 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
