On 16 April 2018, the Management Board of ENEA S.A. ("Company") gained knowledge about a statement dated 13 April 2018 of the Minister of Energy concerning dismissal of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company in accordance with the right held pursuant to § 24 item 1 of the Company's Statute.

In accordance with the aforementioned right, Mr Ireneusz Kulka was dismissed from the Company's Supervisory Board as of 15 April 2018.
