The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company"), in relation to the current report of 8 December 2016 No. 42/2016 informs that today it has received the information on the decision of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection dated 11 January 2017 on the approval to perform the concentration, being the acquisition of the shares in the special purpose vehicle, Elektrownia Ostrołęka S.A. seated in Ostrołęka, for the implementation of the project of preparation, construction and operation of a 1,000 MW bituminous coal fired power unit.

In relation to the above, the Company informs that the only condition precedent from the investment agreement concluded with Energa S.A. and Elektrownia Ostrołęka S.A. on 8 December 2016 has been satisfied.
