Enea Operator launched the Connection Portal for Customers

Customers from the north-western Poland may already use the Connection Portal launched by Enea Operator. Now, applications may be submitted on-line, seating comfortably at home. The platform which is an electronic connection Customer service centre is already available at www.operator.enea.pl or directly at przylaczenia.operator.enea.pl.

– Thanks to the new Connection Portal, the Customer does not have to come to the customer service centre any more or send the complete set of documents by traditional mail. The application for connection to the grid may be comfortably filed filling it at home, at any time of the day. Thus, we are facing the Customers’ expectations who want to settle more and more issues by means of a computer or smart phones – explains Michał Jarczyński, president of Enea Operator.

The portal allows Customers to file applications for e.g. determination of the connection terms, increasing the capacity, separation or merging installations for existing objects or monitoring the progress of works related to the process of connections to the power grid of Enea Operator. Using the Connection Portal one may also request connection of a microinstallation, obtain information on the issue of invoices for the connection fee, and also change the basic data or ask a question via a contact form.

All the data, submitted applications and files attached by the Customer are automatically sent to Enea Operator’s system. The portal allows for an active monitoring of the application status by the Customer.

The new solution enables also a swift and efficient electronic communication by Enea Operator’s employees with a person who has submitted the application. The Customer will be notified on any change of their case’s status or generated documents (e.g. connection conditions, connection contract, supply guarantee) by electronic mail and information and documentation update in the Connection Portal.

The portal is available at www.operator.enea.pl in the tab: “Grid connection” and at the special address: przylaczenia.operator.enea.pl.
