eCSC available for all Enea’s customers!

Quickly, swiftly, without going out of home and in any location with access to the Internet - this is how the electronic customer service centre works. The modern eCSC application is already available for all Enea’s Customers. Due to the new system one may e.g. check the status of an invoice, pay the bills and contact Enea on any matter.

All that may be performed using one’s own computer, tablet or smart phone. This is the easiest and most comfortable way of dealing with the matters in Enea. eCSC will be available 24/7.

- We encourage all our Customers to log in on our website. The solution is designated both for households and companies - explains Krzysztof Kierzkowski, president of Enea Centrum, a company dealing with the Group’s Customer service. - eCSC is the easiest and the quickest way to deal with any matters connected with power and additional services we provide - adds Kierzkowski.

The implementation of the new IT system was performed in stages. At the first stage the changes applied to the citizens of Szczecin, later Bydgoszcz, Gorzów, Zielona Góra and Poznań. A total of almost 2.5 mln Enea’s Customers may use the new system.

- The introduction of the new solution was a complicated operation. After many months of intense works, we may provide Customers with a modern tool.  After logging in eCSC one may e.g.: check the current status of invoices, balance and payment dates, pay invoices or buy codes to prepaid meters - adds Krzysztof Kierzkowski.

One may also submit claims and enquiries on any other matter, and also check power consumption and payment history via the new channel. Customers will be able to select an electronic invoice instead of the paper document which is sent with the traditional mail and update one’s contact information. Only the basic Customer information suffices to register with eCSC.

One may register and log in the new eCSC at www.ebok.enea.pl.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
