We invite to new Customer Service Centres in Poznań and Gorzów Wielkopolski

We have finished the renovation of our two Customer Service Centres. From Monday we again invite the citizens of Poznań to the facility at 60, Polna street Citizens of Gorzów will be serviced in modern interiors at 31, Walczaka street.

Pursuant to the prior announcements, the holiday period, meaning a period of a lower traffic of Customers, was used by Enea for performing renovations in selected Customer Service Centres. Modern interiors will be made available to the Company's Customers in Poznań and Gorzów Wielkopolski already from 7 September.

- We have connected large, open space with isolated places guaranteeing comfort of an individual conversation of a Customer with our consultant. We have equipped the offices with modern computer devices, not forgetting about the convenience of our Guests, who waiting for the conversation will be able to sit comfortably. Children coming to our offices with their parents will have a special place for playing so that adults may settle their matters comfortably. I hope that the modern offices will appeal to the citizens. On the occasion of opening a "new" CSC we prepared special decorations and surprises for the Customers visiting on that day. I kindly invite you on Monday, 7 September, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - says Michał Mierzwa, the manager responsible for Customer Service in Enea.

The Company reminds that, since July its offices are open in other, more convenient hours. On Mondays and Thursdays the branches are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on the remaining weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
