The Management Board of Enea S.A. (Company) informs that on 27 August 2015 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea S.A. adopted a resolution in which Mr. Radosław Winiarski has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company for the 9th term as of the same date.

The Company attaches the information relating to the appointed person.
