Eneos constructs four solar power plants
Eneos and Miejski Ośrodek Sportu, Rekreacji i Rehabiltacji (Local Sports, Recreation and Rehabilitation Centre) in Szczecin concluded an agreement thanks to which four photovoltaic power plants of a total capacity of above 200 kW will be developed on public utility buildings' roofs.
The company won in an unlimited tender aiming at the development and increasing the use of solar energy in Szczecin local organisational units.
We implement photovoltaic investments comprehensively, from the project through execution to service - says Piotr Koczorowski, President of the Board of Eneos. The Company's customers within the core operations are mainly local governments, hence the offer from within photovoltaics. Photovoltaic systems with a greater capacity are appropriate for large roof areas.
Solar power plants which will be installed in Sczecin will produce energy for own needs of objects, including e.g. Szczecński Dom Sportu (Szczecin House of Sports), renown for swimming completions at Floating Arena swimming pools. The project which is co-financed from Community funds will be completed until 31 July 2015.
