Marek Lelątko a new Vice-President of ENEA Operator

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. nominated Marek Lelątko for the position of the Member of the Board for Economic and Financial Affairs. The new Vice-President will hold the office on 1 April 2014. So far, he was the Director of the Controlling Department in Tauron Dystrybucja. Earlier, he e.g. was the Director of the Finance and Accounting Department.

Marek Lelątko is an economist, a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. He graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Banking, majoring in Accounting, and also from post-diploma studies within Corporate Finance Management.

The new Member of the Board of ENEA Operator is also a graduate of Executive MBA Stockholm University School of Business and the Cracow University of Economics. He gained his long professional experience within strategy, finance and controlling in energy companies, including on senior management positions.

Nomination of Mr. Marek Lelątko to the position of a Member of the Board of ENEA Operator was preceded with the qualification procedure.

The new Vice-President of ENEA Operator is 39 years old. He is married and has two daughters. In his spare time he reads books, skis and rides a bike.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
