ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny holds over 5% shares of ENEA S.A.
ENEA S.A. received information on the increase in the shareholding in the company by ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny. From the submitted notification it follows that on 23 January 2014 on the share account of the Fund there are 23 296 751 shares of the company, which constitutes 5.28% of the share capital of the company.
The Fund informed that it purchased the shares in transactions concluded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, cleared on 20 January 2014. Earlier it held 11 296 751 shares, i.e. 2.56% of the company's share capital.
In the submitted notification ING OFE informs that the shares it holds entitle to 23 296 751 votes during a general meeting of shareholders of ENEA S.A., which constitutes 5.28% of the total number of votes.
Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
