A new Member of the Management Board for Financial Affairs of ENEA S.A. was elected

The Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A. terminated the qualification procedure and on 9 April 2013 adopted a resolution regarding the election of Ms. Dalida Gepfert to the position of the Member of the Management Board for Financial Affairs.

Ms. Dalida Gepfert holds a ten-odd years of experience within finance, accounting and controlling in the power industry. She held managerial positions in Górnośląski Zakład Elektroenergetyczny S.A. For 10 years she was connected with Vattenfall Group where she held e.g. the position of the Vice-President of the Board in Vattenfall IT Poland Sp. z o.o. and the Head of Finance and Controlling, Member of the Management Team and Steering Committee for the project of Vattenfall IT Infrastrukture Service – a structure realising tasks in Poland, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland. She was also the Financial and Controlling Director and Member of the Management Team and Steering Committee of Vattenfall Business Services Poland realising tasks of a shared service centre for Vattenfall Group within finance and accounting, customer service, human resources and IT services management.

From 2010 she worked as the Director of the Unit of the Internal Operations Centre (Centrum Gospodarki Własnej) of PZU Group, where she was responsible for the management of the accounting shared service centre for PZU Życie and PZU S.A.

Ms. Dalida Gepfert is a graduate of accounting faculty on the University of Economics in Katowice. She completed post-graduate studies on the University of Economics in Katowice and Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice within tax strategies and functioning of an energy distribution company in market conditions. She is a graduate of MBA studies organised by Stockholm University Business School and Cracow University of Economics. She also holds a diploma of Ernst & Young Academy of Business, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).

Ms. Dalida Gepfert will commence work on 10 May 2013.
