Changes in the composition of the Management Board of ENEA S.A.

On 11 January 2013 Krzysztof Zborowski has resigned from the position of the Member of the Board for Energy Generation of ENEA S.A. The resignation from the held position has been submitted as of the statement date. Krzysztof Zborowski has not substantiated his decision.
