Appeal dismissed

ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. may conclude a formal agreement with the contractor for a coal unit in Kozienice. The National Chamber of Appeal dismissed the appeal filed by the COVEC/CNEEC consortium against the decision on the selection of the most advantageous offer of the Polimex-Mostostal and Hitachi consortium. It relates to the construction of the supercritical coal fired unit with the capacity of up to 1,000 MW in Kozienice for ca. PLN 6.28 bln gross. It constitutes another milestone towards the realisation of the investment.
