ENEA will distribute PLN 0.48 of the dividend

Pursuant to the Resolution No. 7 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ENEA S.A. the company will distribute PLN 211,892,437.44 of the dividend what is equal to PLN 0.48 of profit per one share. Dividend date has been determined for 13 August 2012 and the date of distribution of the dividend for 3 September 2012.
