The new power plant in Wielkopolska

A new hydroelectric power station was opened on Wełna river in Oborniki Wielkopolskie. This is 21st hydropower in ENEA Group. The object is being managed by Wodne Sp. z o.o., company that is a part of Poznan energy group.

Power station has a power of 330 kW. Two RTK hydrocomponents type 1200 Kaplan – horizontal were mounted in it. It produces 1440 MWh annually, which is approximately equal to the power supply for 480 households.
