The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) reports that on 17 December 2013 it received information on approval on the same day by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (President of ERO) of the tariff for electricity for the G tariff group set (connected to the network of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o.) for the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014. The approved tariff includes the discount of sale prices for electricity for the G tariff group set averagely by 6.47% resulting from lower costs of purchase of electricity. Pursuant to the regulations being in force, the new tariff shall enter into force not earlier than 14 days after its publication in the branch bulletin of the President of ERO. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the branch bulletin of the President of ERO on the website of the Energy Regulatory Office at www.ure.gov.pl.
